Licensed insurance professionals can submit an inquiry so LAD can review fit, licensing, carrier needs, and the appropriate next step. Vol. 01 · MAY 2026

Broker Inquiry | LAD Financial

Licensed insurance professionals can use this form to ask whether LAD may be able to support their intended business. An inquiry does not create a contract, carrier appointment, platform entitlement, or promise that a product can be offered.

Before you submit

Be ready to identify your resident state, active insurance license lines, intended states, and the carrier or product categories relevant to your practice. Do not send client personal information, Social Security numbers, banking details, or application documents through this inquiry.

Broker inquiry

Do not include client personal information. LAD reviews this inquiry before any contracting, appointment, or platform-access step.

You may also email our team at jbreen@ladfinancial.com with your name, business contact information, resident state, and a general description of the business you want to discuss. Do not include client personal information in the initial email.

What happens next

  1. Inquiry review — LAD reviews the information provided and determines who should follow up.
  2. Scope confirmation — the parties confirm relevant licenses, states, carrier needs, product categories, and operating requirements.
  3. Contracting and appointments — if the parties choose to proceed, any contracting, training, and carrier-appointment steps follow the applicable provider and carrier process.
  4. Access and case readiness — platform access or case work begins only after the required authorization and operating prerequisites are confirmed.

Timing varies and is not promised. Carriers and other providers control their own approval and processing decisions.
