This Privacy Policy explains how LAD Financial, LLC (“LAD,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our marketing site (ladfinancial.com), use our broker platform (app.ladfinancial.com), or submit one of our forms.
We’re a brokerage general agency. Two audiences interact with us: licensed insurance agents who want to contract through LAD, and retail consumers who want to be connected with a licensed agent for an annuity or life insurance quote. This policy covers both.
What we collect
Information you provide to us
- Broker apply form (
/apply): name, email, phone, resident state, NPN (National Producer Number), lines of business you write, approximate annual production, optional notes. - Consumer quote form (
/quote): name, email, phone, resident state, ZIP, age, product interest, premium estimate, timeframe, optional notes, and your TCPA consent. - Account registration (broker platform): email, password, broker profile fields you choose to enter (licensing, E&O, contact info).
- Direct outreach: information you send us by email, phone, or form messages.
Information we collect automatically
- Attribution data: when you arrive at our site we capture URL query parameters (UTM tags,
gclid, fbclid), the referring page (e.g., a Google search result page), and the first page you land on. This is stored in your browser’s local storage and attached to any form you submit. - Server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps, request paths, error events.
- Analytics: aggregate page views, form completions, and conversion events. We do not use behavioral re-targeting.
Information from third parties
- NIPR / PDB lookups (for brokers only): we may use the National Insurance Producer Registry to verify your license and resident state once you contract with us through SureLC.
- Carrier appointments: once you’re contracted, the carriers you’re appointed with will share appointment status with us.
